In light of the pandemic and the resulting shift to remote work, our company faced a significant challenge in finding a creative way to wrap up the year with our employees. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 outbreak created a range of difficulties with suppliers and inventory, making it impossible for us to complete the desired gifts in a timely manner. However, my husband recommended that we reach out to Parsons Promotions, who had previously provided his own company with excellent service. Following his advice, we contacted Ali, and we were thrilled with the results.
Ali went above and beyond to ensure that we had fabulous gift options, complete with gift boxes, custom cards, and tissues. She also produced the artwork for our holiday cards, which managed to be both humorous and appropriate given the challenging year that we all experienced in quarantine. Despite some production backlogs and shipping issues, Ali made the entire process incredibly seamless and hassle-free, keeping us informed at every step of the way.

Holy pandemic promotional product nightmare! I started the process of a large overseas order with Parsons Promotions just as the Chinese New Year was about to begin, just before the world shut down. Despite factories closing their doors and manufacturing basically at a standstill, she was able to get me a 10 piece giveaway we needed for our technicians to leave behind at repairs. She found flaws in our art designs our graphics team didn't catch upon proof approvals, which would have been a nightmare considering we ordered 10,000 of these things. Even though it took longer to receive than normal (added like 2 months on the sea shipping with the ports being jammed up), we still received within a reasonable time-frame given all the odds. She also negotiated our pricing be honored even though things skyrocketed before we were in production. I was very impressed at the communication and navigation through the process working with Parsons Promotions and will continue to look to them as my first choice on future projects. Thanks again!

Parsons Promos has been our go to swag team for years for everything from company swag, party swag for events and corporate events. We also use them for the gifts for all our clients every year. I've been working with Ali for about 8 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Any issues that have come up have been handled beyond my satisfaction. Ali is dedicated to making me look good to my department in my selection of products and the savings she passes on to me. She will tell me if there is a better version of a product out there than the one I selected and make sure I know what I'm buying. She'll even propose different art layouts that are more seamless with product design and in alignment with our message. I will never go anywhere else.
